A short documentary on a challenge I came across in my life where my stomach got blocked and 12 inches of my colon had to be removed. This led to my lungs collapsing. I was told I would never fight again and made my comeback into competitive fighting 9 months later.
Where I spend most of my time training as a professional under head coaches Jason Tan and Peter Davies. After starting my career under my uncle Julian Aby I then turned full time and moved to the MMA Academy in Liverpool. Making the hour journey daily has been well worth the experience as a martial-artist and as a person. Everyone there is like a family all chasing similar goals. The team that has been created at The MMA Academy is one of the best in Europe and I am proud to be part of it.
My coaching home, which is ran by my dad Jon Aby. One of the most knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to training, health and life. We have created an environment we love to coach in with great people attending and coaching at the facility. I have learnt a lot in this facility and have been motivated by many people who turn up to improve their health and lives. It is a family community which we hope to help others create a healthy positive lifestyle. It is great living my life in between the two facilities I coach and train at spending time with like-minded people. Here I have my own strength and conditioning classes, amateur MMA team and nutrition athletes. I deal with a range of abilities from full time athletes, and 50 year old hairdressers looking to stay in shape.
